Sure. Vanilla is best - I think, but chocolate chip mint is pretty good too. I think crunch bars are better though as they don't get mushy.
I think everything you mentioned would be good in ice cream. Anything like a cookie mixed in would make it taste yummy!
since nutter butters are peanut butter cookies, how about chocolate.
