you can use any recipe that you have for ice cream but the method would be different.
pour your mixture into a shallow pan and freeze for about an hour.Take it out and mix vigorously to break up ice crystals. Return to freezer and continue with this method until your icecream is too thick to mix any more.

if the temperature outside is below freezing, you can make ice cream outdoors. Don't you have any ice? If you have like one or two trays of ice you can still make something similar to milkshake in a blender.
I don't know how you will make ice cream without a freezer? The only other option is an electronic ice cream maker.
