How can I prevent myself from eating ice-cream?

Every day I crave sweets, especialy ice-cream. What can I do to stop the craving?How can I prevent myself from eating ice-cream?
you can try avoiding it or spending your time doing something. U could also do it gradually. Give yourself a limit and slowly decrease it. Maybe start at 5 scoops or watever you eat now. Then lower it by one. wen ur used to that lower it by one again. It won't seem like a big drop and b4 u kno it u wont crave it as much. Or u could just get healthy versions like lowfat frozen yogurt, its very similar 2 ice cream. Or you could eat fruit wenever you feel like sweets, maybe strawberries dipped in sugar or something. or u could just try 2 stop. Or you could put all your extra money away so you just can't buy it no matter how bad u want it. If none of those things work then idk wat you can do but 1 of them shudHow can I prevent myself from eating ice-cream?
Your addicted to sweets. You are vitamin and mineral defecient. Say hello to diabetes if you dont change your ways. Nothing to joke about.

not walking by ice cream and telling yourself no?
This happened to me a few months ago... just think about the future. Do you wanna be overweight or average. Just try to substitute the icecream for something more heathlier like a granola bar. Think incremental: decrease your intake of ice cream and other sweets a little every day. Do something, like walking, a little more every day. Have a long term goal, say six months.





Also, keep in mind that sugars deplete oxygen in the body and this WILL cause not only overweight but also many other diseases.
self control
most of the time work-out helps me. I do a lot of running/walking and some other things like swimming and weights. Drinking water helps too.
well if you cant stop yourself you have a serious problem
stop yourself??nope, you'll just want it more. i'm skinny and eat ice-creamabout 5 days a week. but, limit the serving. instead of the whole tub, have 2 scoops and a cone. dont friken ';ban'; it, just have portion control!
