I just wondered how that yummy filling gets put into that loverly chocolate outer....drool !!.lol
Erm,just thought would have a bit of fun, after all it is fry..day!!.yuck,my jokes are no better, maybe i need chocolate!!!!!!!!!!.How do you suppose they get the fondant filling in the Fry's chocolate cream?
That fondant filling is actually a solid block which is cut into the correct sizes and coated with the chocolate. ENZYME action then converts it into a soft cream. Exactly the same process is used for making soft-centred chocolates. How do you suppose they get the fondant filling in the Fry's chocolate cream?
Usually the chocolate top is molded upside down, filled and covered with the bottom.
The top part will go into the bottom of a mould and then the fondant layered on top and the bottom will then go on... like a sandwich.
they make the case (choc)... leavin the base off. a machine fills it with the cream and then sticks base on
