well as soon as i see it starts to bubble alot on the sides i start to eat it, because when it bubbles alot on the sides it gets fryed and krusty.
for 1 person, i use 2 eggs, give them a good ol' whisk add black pepper, whack them in the microwave for 5minutes, then add a few blobs of brown sauce
I like them just after soft with a little butter and milk.
i like scrambled eggs with cheese sprinkled on top, i also add milk to make them fluffy and put it all on an english muffin. yum yum
ok just whisk in a bowl the eggs salt pepper if u want chedder cheese thats really good and a little cream then put them on a skillet whats really good is if u make bacon and then make the eggs in the bacon grease that sounds gross but its good and so put your egg batter in the skiillet and just cook until they are cooked and fluffy

hiya i make scrambled eggs in the microwave.i mix up three eggs with quarter cup of milk a pinch of sugar and beat it all up together.i then put it in the microwave for 3 minutes on a high setting, checking it every 60 seconds and giving it a quick whisk with a fork and put it back in to cook until it all light and fluffy .if it looks like it s drying put more milk in and carry on cooking .when it s ready give it one more whisk to seperate it and make it fluffy turn out onto your plate and eat .the beauty of this is you have no sticky pan to clean (always a bonus!!)you could always add cream at the end when it looks like it s drying up.
I cook bacon first. Then take the bacon out of the pan. Clean the pan so there isn't a bunch of grease and grime in the pan. Then put the bacon back in the pan and poor the eggs over it. FLUFFY SCRAMBLED EGGS





desired amount of eggs


2 tsp. whole milk or cream


thinly sliced white American cheese (if desired)





Butter the pan and heat until the butter melts. Pour egg yolks into a bowl and scramble into a liquid (must be completely yellow). Combine milk or cream with eggs and scramble until mixed.


When the butter is melted in the pan, add eggs and stir.





Stop for 5 seconds and stir again. When you see little scrambled eggs in the pan, add cheese (cut up) and stir until no liquid is in the pan (all scrambled).





Serve and enjoy.
I like adding so salt and pepper along with cooked onions and diced tomatos. Also hot sauce depending on my mood. Spinach is also god to put in

lots of butter, use a wooden spoon, add the eggs and mix. then leave for about 30 seconds, then add some chopped chives, mix again, take off the heat, add a little more butter and salt and pepper, pit on toast. eat enjoy.
Add about a teaspoon of water. That makes them light and fluffy.

2 Eggs, a little skimmed milk[makes it light and fluffy], a nob of butter, mix in the saucepan till ready, serve with cream cheese, and bacon. Mmmmm yummy!!!!
