What flavor of filling do you like inside of a cream puff?

I need some ideas of flavors people like as I am making 150 cream puffs for a school function this weekend...Thanks!=)What flavor of filling do you like inside of a cream puff?
I still like them the way my mom made them - filled with lemon custard or lemon pie filling and a dusting of powdered sugar on top.What flavor of filling do you like inside of a cream puff?

Vanilla pudding :)
Just regular old vanilla custard. Add a choc ganacahe to the top.
