cream cheese!!
Cream cheese. You can dress it up into a dessert ingredient/topping, or dress it down on a bagel or cracker for snacks. It comes in all varieties of healthy options, too.

Cheesecake is too unhealthy for me, and soft cheese is just NASTY.
Soft cheese, cream cheese is just straight up weird.

SO.. go for the soft cheese to make a DELICIOUS cheesecake! Good Luck!
I like both of them becuase, as long as it melts in my mouth and has that smooth feeling, it tastes good. Pro's usually use soft cheese but restarants use cream cheese so it is pretty hard to choose. You can try mixing it up a bit by putting half and half. That could work. GoOd LuCk!!!
Cream cheese
softened cream cheese is best because it is a bit sweeter than soft cheese
Cheese cake is made with cream cheese generally. If by ';soft cheese'; you mean ricotta cheese or cottage cheese, I have hear of people making cheese cake with these, but like I said GENERALLY it is mde with cream cheese which has a distinct flavor.
My personal favorite is Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
cream cheese.
philadelphia cream cheese when its softened. I use 4 in each cheesecake I make, nice and creamy!
