Ok, you need:

1 huge zip lock bag

1 medium size zip lock bag

12 (or more) ice cubes

2 cups salt

2 cups cream

1 cup white sugar

1 tbls vanilla

Put cream (or milk can work), sugar and vanilla in the medium size bag. Put the ice and salt in the larger bag. Put the medium filled bag into the one with ice and salt (MAKE SURE IT IS SECURE, DOUBLE BAG IF NECESSARY, YOU DON'T WANT SALTY ICE CREAM :) wrap the bundle in a towel (it is cold) and shake until it becomes solid. It is really rich and delicious! Good luck and have a happy Fathers Day!! xoxHow to make home made ice cream?
I made it in class the other day. It is soft serve ice cream. You need:

1 large zip lock bag

1 small zip lock bag

1 cup of whole milk

1 cup of half and half

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

2/3 cup of salt

ice

1/2 cup of water

How to make it:

1. Place 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of whole milk, 1 cup of half and half, and a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla in the small zip lock bag. Zip lock the bag, make sure it is closed tightly.

2. Fill the large zip lock bag 1/3 of the way with ice. Then, place 2/3 cup of salt on the ice. Next, put in 1/2 of water to the ice mixture.

3. Put the small zip lock bag in the large zip lock bag.

4. Zip lock the large bag. Make sure it is closed tightly.

5. Shake the bag back and forth REALLY hard for about 10-20 minutes. You will know when your done because you will be able to see the ice cream in the small bag. If your large bag starts leaking (mine did) then put the leaking bag in the large bag. You don't need to remove anything!

6. When your done you can either eat the ice cream then or stick it in the freezer so it tastes like regular ice cream.

Good luck! It turns out really well and tastes yummy!!
