Do you need to use shaving cream with electric razors?

i shaved for the first time and i didnt use shaving cream and i think it still did a good job. But for future info is it ok to shave without shaving cream?Do you need to use shaving cream with electric razors?

no, it's for blade razors.. I can't even comprehend using shaving cream with electric.





try shaving with a straight razor without shaving cream.. you'll understand pretty quickly.
NO NO NO!! DO NOT use shaving creme with electric!!! As for the purpose of: to lubricate and moisturize for standard razors. If you do not use creme for standard razors, you will be in serious pain my friend! The invention of electric razor was so no creme is needed.Blades move circularly, no need 4 creme.

sure, its okay to not use shaving cream. But its always better, for your skin I mean. It moisturizes, and avoids chance of getting cut. There are many different kinds of shaving screams that have different purposes, some reduce hair growth, and all that. I don't use an electric razor, but I do use shaving cream, and it helps, you can tell the difference, it feels much softer. For me it does anyway xD
