Chocolate ice cream with bits of chocolate and a strawberry and vanilla swirl all through the ice cream.
Chestnut ice cream with ginger caramel swirl...very holiday appropriate!

I would create a coffee mix with chocolate chips ice cream and cookie dough.

White and dark chocolate swirl with caramel and fudge mixed in. ^_^
Pot brownie ice cream would be awesome!
