I have some vanilla cherry ice cream, what can I do to make it into a better dessert?

I usually will heat up chocalate, add peanut butter just so I don't have plain ice cream...is there anything I can do to make this plain ice cream a better dissert. try pound cake with the ice cream drizzle with hot fudge sauce. cherry an choclate goes very good together. or frozen waffles, toast them, scoop on ice cream, fudge an whipped cream, or soften ice cream and spread in a cookie crumb crust, top with fudge. or deep fry flour tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar an scoop on ice cream . enjoy!I have some vanilla cherry ice cream, what can I do to make it into a better dessert?

blend it with a banana and 1/2 cup of milk or yogurt and have a shake
