What can i do with my leftover chunk of cream cheese??

i got creative and made some ham pinwheels with some cream cheese but i didnt like them,, so now i have almost a whole chunk of cream cheese left and i don't know what to do with it. any simple, general recipes?? any suggestions?What can i do with my leftover chunk of cream cheese??

I used to like cream cheese and jam on a digestive biscuit. Yummy! I say used to because I can't eat them anymore due to health issues, but I miss the taste!
Buy some begals, woman!
pour salsa over it and eat it as a dip with tortilla chips
you can add cream cheese to other ingredients to make a cheese cake but without a recipe book i cant help you ,surely one of your friends or someone on here will have a recipe for cheesecake
spread it on some really good crackers, sit back and enjoy your hard work!
mix it witha can of strawberry jelly and put it on a hot bagel
TACO CHEESE BALL


2 packages of cream cheese


1 can tomatoes, drained


3 tsp taco seasoning


1 package Fiesta grated cheese


Ritz crackers


Combine the first three ingredients (a potatoe masher works well for this). Make sure that the tomatoes are drained well, until no liquid drips from the can.


Form a ball and roll this in the grated cheese until the whole ball is covered.


Allow to chill over night (covered).


When ready to serve, place crackers around the ball on a serving plate.
Make a spinach dip! Put the cream cheese, a pack of frozen spinach (cooked of course) and a little salt, pepper and lemon juice and you got a good dip!!!!
Pour some salsa or chili sauce over and serve with tortilla chips.

This is gonna sound weird but... make some tacos or burritos, but mix the cream cheese in with the hamburger (after you fry it) and seasoning... It's delicious.
Buy some bagels and spread it on them for breakfast, put it on some wheat thins or ritz crackers, dip celery/baby carrots in it and have it as a healthy snack, and you can also put it on a baked potato!

Get some salsa and cheddar cheese mix it with the cream cheese and it makes a pretty good dip. Add onion power if desired. And dip your chips - tortilla or regular chips will do.

I first saw this at a friend's family gathering and thought it looked rather... interesting? I decided to try it and immediately fell in LOVE. I think I ate too many chips that night...





P.S. Another person has a similar recipe but with additional ingredients + more mixing. First try it with JUST the cream cheese and salsa to see how you like it!
